If you start with an agency plan and later remove sites below the 5-site minimum, your remaining sites will automatically switch to Individual plan pricing.

Yes. Each site on your account can be assigned its own tier -- Agency Basic or Agency Premium -- depending on its maintenance needs. A simple blog might only need Basic, while a high-traffic WooCommerce store benefits from Premium. You manage tier assignments from your dashboard, and your invoice reflects the per-site pricing for each tier.

How do I add or remove sites from my agency plan?

You can add or remove sites directly from your dashboard. When you add a site, a new line item is added to your subscription and billing is prorated to your next invoice date. When you remove a site, the line item is removed and your next invoice is reduced accordingly. Changes take effect immediately.

When am I billed, and how does the first payment work?

All subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month. When you sign up mid-month, your first payment is prorated -- you only pay for the remaining days until the 1st. After that, you are billed the full amount on the 1st of each subsequent month. This applies to both Individual and Agency plans.

What happens if I drop below 5 sites on my agency plan?

If you remove sites and your total drops below 5, you will see a confirmation dialog explaining that your remaining sites will be switched to Individual plan pricing (Basic at $49/mo or Premium at $99/mo per site). If you confirm, the switch happens automatically and you will receive an email notification with the updated pricing details.

Can I cancel individual sites without cancelling my entire agency subscription?

Yes. Removing a site only removes that specific site from your subscription -- your other sites continue to be maintained as normal. If removing a site would drop you below the 5-site minimum, you will be notified that your pricing will change to Individual rates. To cancel your entire subscription, use the Manage Subscription option in your dashboard.
